How can I support a loved one who is struggling with a mental illness?

It's important to offer non-judgmental support, listen actively, and encourage them to seek professional help if and when needed. Educating yourself about mental health and being patient and understanding can also be very helpful. Check out @womnkind on Instagram for more tips.

Are your services available remotely?
